Job Description: • Lead and manage key initiatives and programs for the Fintech teams • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Assist in optimizing and improving existing program management processes, methodologies • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects simultaneously • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and resolution • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting • Track and communicate program status, health, metrics, and milestones to leadership • Coordinate quarterly and annual capacity planning across Fintech engineering teams to optimize resource allocation • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and best practices alongside product and engineering management Requirements: • 3-5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments • Knowledge and understanding of software development practices • Track record of delivering complex software engineering programs on time and within scope. • Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (specifically Scrum) and experience serving as a Scrum Master • Demonstrated ability to perform quarterly and annual capacity planning and resource allocation • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.) • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Nice to Have • Experience working in Fintech • Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar • Experience using Jellyfish to track engineering team performance Benefits: • 3 weeks of vacation per year • 14 paid holidays per year (including the week off between Christmas and New Year's Eve) • 56 Hours of paid sick leave annually • Top tier benefits - • Medical, Dental & Vision (Blue Cross Blue Shield & EyeMed) • Veracross LLC Fidelity 401(k) Plan - Managed by Sentinel Benefits
