Position Overview
Central Mind Therapeutic Clinic is actively seeking a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic support to individuals navigating various mental health challenges. Your role will focus on conducting live video sessions, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other proven techniques to foster patient healing and personal growth.

Work Environment
This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule within the hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We employ a state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system that seamlessly integrates treatment software, monitoring tools, and documentation protocols. Our supportive operational teams are always available to assist with technical issues, insurance guidance, and other administrative tasks, ensuring that you can concentrate on providing outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with individual adult clients, applying evidence-based treatment modalities to address their specific needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Monitor client progress through automated self-assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Participate in regular consultation sessions for guidance, case discussion, and professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice caters to a diverse adult population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. We are committed to providing culturally responsive care to all clients, regardless of their background, and aim to create a safe space for healing and self-exploration.
Qualifications
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed to practice independently as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for a minimum of one year.
• A commitment to treating diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Willingness to embrace technology and integrate digital tools into everyday clinical practice.
Preferred Experience
• A minimum of two years of recent experience providing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients.
• Experience working with higher risk populations is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
