We are hiring compassionate and licensed Telehealth Therapists to provide remote mental health services to clients across the United States. This work-from-home role is ideal for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. You’ll provide therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, helping clients manage mental health conditions, stress, and life challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, or families using HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Provide culturally competent, ethical, and confidential care
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and team members as needed
- Attend occasional virtual training, supervision, or team meetings
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and EHR systems
- Secure, private workspace with high-speed internet
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
