SeonGlow is a Korean skincare brand growing in the US market. Our hero product — a Caffeine & Niacinamide Eye Patch — holds an Amazon 'Overall Pick' badge with 159 reviews and 300+ units sold per month.
We're a lean, remote team based in Korea. We move fast, communicate async, and hire people who own their results — not their hours.

CONTEXT — WHAT'S ALREADY IN PLACE

We already have a creator outreach process running.
Your job is to take it over, analyze what's not working, and fix it.
This is an improvement role — not a setup-from-scratch role.
What's currently happening:
- Creators are being contacted and samples are being sent
- Videos are going live — but most are getting 30~50 views
- One video hit 167K views, proving the product has viral potential
What's NOT working (your job to fix):
- Creators are not being selected based on clear criteria
- No hook guide is given to creators — videos are generic and don't convert
- Tracking stops at views — no click or purchase conversion data

THE ROLE

You'll take over the existing TikTok creator program, diagnose why it's underperforming, and rebuild it into a sales-driving machine.
As we scale, this role may expand to include Instagram and Facebook social growth as well.
YOU WILL OWN:
- TikTok creator recruitment — with clear targeting criteria
- Creator briefing — hook guides and content direction
- Sample shipment coordination with our logistics team
- Full-funnel tracking — views, clicks, purchases
- Weekly 1-page performance report (numbers only, no fluff)
- Identifying top-performing creators and doubling down on them
YOU WILL NOT OWN:
- Amazon PPC or listing management (client handles this)
- Amazon product page management
- TikTok Shop seller account management
- Product development or inventory
- Shopify or Instagram management (for now — may expand later)

YOU ARE A FIT IF

- You've run a TikTok creator or affiliate program and have real sales numbers to show
- You know how to brief creators — not just send them a product and hope for the best
- You understand the difference between views and conversions
- You're self-directed — you figure things out without waiting to be told
- You're fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You're comfortable with async communication (we're in Korea, time zone gap is real)
- Philippines, Malaysia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, or US-based — all welcome

COMPENSATION

- Base retainer: $1,500 / month
- Commission: 10% of net TikTok-attributed sales you directly drive
- Earning potential: ~$2,000–3,500/month at 40–60 units/day target
- 90-day performance review

PAID TEST TASK (BEFORE CONTRACT — $75)

Before committing to a contract, we'll pay $75 for a 3-day test task:
- Review SeonGlow's TikTok account (@seonglow.global) and existing creator videos
- Identify 3 specific reasons why most videos are getting under 100 views
- Find 5 new creators who would be a better fit (TikTok handle, follower count, avg views, why they fit)
- Write 1 hook guide you would send to a creator before they film the eye patch video
- Deliverable: Google Doc or PDF | Deadline: 3 business days | Pay: $75
