Transaction Manager -US Real Estate experience -LATAM

The Transaction Manager is responsible for managing residential real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant process. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the transaction.

You will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties remain aligned and informed throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management

  • Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
  • Ensure all transaction components are completed accurately and within required timelines
  • Maintain oversight of the full transaction lifecycle

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with title and escrow companies, buyers, sellers, and internal teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for transaction-related communication
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and proactive updates to all stakeholders

Timeline & Deliverables Tracking

  • Monitor transaction timelines, contingencies, and contractual obligations
  • Proactively follow up to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Keep all systems updated with accurate transaction status

Risk Identification & Resolution

  • Identify potential risks or delays early in the process
  • Proactively resolve issues to maintain deal progression
  • Escalate complex challenges when necessary

Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain accurate transaction records, files, and communication logs
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and compliant
  • Support audit readiness and data integrity within CRM systems

Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in U.S. real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or closing management
  • Strong understanding of residential real estate transaction processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM or transaction management platforms

Preferred:

  • Experience in PropTech or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with multi-state transactions
