Company Description The Single-Family Office is a private entity established to manage the financial, legal, and personal affairs of one wealthy family exclusively. It oversees the family’s investments and long-term interests across public markets, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and other alternative assets. With a disciplined and long-term approach, the SFO focuses on capital preservation, sustainable growth, and strategic partnerships aligned with the family’s vision. Job Description - Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the Shareholder, family members, executive directors, and key employees. - Coordinate visa applications and related immigration documentation when required. - Manage the Shareholder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and special engagements. - Coordinate and oversee special projects and ad hoc assignments on behalf of the Shareholder. - Organize luxury travel experiences, including private aviation, exclusive expeditions, bespoke itineraries, and high-end accommodations. - Monitor travel logistics and provide 24/7 support during international travel to ensure smooth execution of travel plans. - Arrange medical travel, international health check-ups, and related healthcare appointments. - Plan and coordinate both corporate and private events for the Shareholder and the Single Family Office (SFO). - Manage the planning, procurement, and delivery of birthday and Christmas gifts for partners, employees, and family members on behalf of the Shareholder. - Liaise with external vendors, service providers, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery. - Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive personal and business information. Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. - Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to remain calm, resilient, and effective under pressure and within tight deadlines. - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. - Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required, including providing support during international travel. - Willingness and availability to undertake occasional business travel.
