Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data entry or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Inputting travel-related data into our systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the company database.
- Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Generating reports and ensuring data integrity.
- Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies found in the data.
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new processes and systems.
