Job Title: Truck Dispatcher (Remote – Must Reside in Indiana)

About the Role We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Truck Dispatcher to join our team remotely. You'll keep drivers moving, solve problems in real time, and handle the unexpected without missing a beat.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate daily routes and schedules for a fleet of drivers
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to track loads and resolve issues
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, delays, or on-road emergencies
• Negotiate rates and secure loads through load boards and broker relationships
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch/TMS software
• Ensure compliance with DOT hours-of-service regulations
• Identify and solve problems before they escalate
What We're Looking For
• 3-5+ years of hands-on dispatch experience (required)
• Working knowledge of TMS software (McLeod, Samsara, Axon, or similar)
• Strong phone communication skills
• Calm, decisive under pressure, including late-night emergencies
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated
• Must currently reside in Indiana
