Job Title: UX Designer (UI/UX – Healthcare Digital Products) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 Months Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week) Submission Requirements: • Last 5 digits of SSN • Date of Birth (Month & Day only) Job Summary Seeking an experienced UX Designer with 3–5+ years of experience designing complex digital products and web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user-centered design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred. Required Skills • 3–5+ years of UI/UX Design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process • Expertise with Figma and Adobe XD • User-centered design methodology • User research, usability testing, and human factors • Wireframing, prototyping, user flows, information architecture • Interaction design and visual design • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience designing complex web or digital products Preferred Skills • Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences experience • FDA-regulated product experience • Human Factors Engineering • IEC usability engineering standards • Clinical workflow knowledge • Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) • Experience establishing UX processes and design systems Responsibilities • Lead UX design from research through implementation • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and task analysis • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and regulatory teams • Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders • Ensure accessibility, usability, and compliance best practices • Support multiple digital product initiatives simultaneously Healthcare domain experience and a strong UX portfolio are highly preferred.
