As an Upmarket Sales Manager at Vanta, you’ll have the opportunity to build, lead, and develop a team of ambitious Account Executives during an exciting period of rapid growth. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to expand our Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Your work will directly shape the future of Vanta’s sales strategy as we scale, move upmarket, and solidify our position as leaders in a rapidly growing industry. This role is on our West team and we will only be considering candidates located West of (and including) NM, CO, NE, SD and ND.

You'll partner with your team to drive new business growth, working with some of the largest global companies to transform how security and compliance teams operate. This is your chance to make a substantial impact at an innovative, mission-driven company.
