Responsibilities
- Lead a wide variety of classes for kids 5mos- 12 yrs old.
- Lead parties on Saturdays and Sundays
- Lead day camp and special family events.
- Train new hires and new assitants.
- Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe.
- Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
- Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies.
- Maintain a clean facility all the time
- Bacholor's Degree preferrable, Associate Degree or College Level education required (Major in Business Management, Advertisement, Fitness, Dance, Marketing, etc.)
- Current gymnastics, children's trainer or fitness instructor certification.
- Teachng experience in kids' tumbling, gymnastics, cheerleading, or dance, etc.
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
- First aid and CPR certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willing to work in evenings and weekends.
