What You Will Do
Set ambitious financial, operational, and guest experience targets, monitor results, and implement solutions to strengthen revenue, profitability, and market share. Ensure each hotel consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences, achieves strong financial results, and upholds the distinct positioning of Hyatt's luxury brands.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be a visionary leader with 15+ years of operations leadership experience, multi-unit/regional level leadership experience, and luxury resort/hotel or retail experience. You will be responsible for driving the performance, profitability, and brand integrity of a portfolio of approximately 17 luxury hotels across the Americas region.
Requirements
- 15+ years of operations leadership across hotels and/or resorts
- Multi-unit/regional level leadership experience
- Luxury resort/hotel or retail experience
- 5+ years as a General Manager with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining strong owner relationships
