Role Overview

Provide executive-level leadership to a high-performing sales organization, driving revenue growth across capital equipment and aftermarket product lines, and leading the strategic direction, performance, and culture of the sales function within a high-volume injection molding manufacturing environment.

Lead a team of sales associates, establish performance expectations, develop go-to-market strategies, own full P&L responsibility, identify new market opportunities, and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
