We're Hiring: Part-Time Social Media Reels Editor/Maker

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and reliable Reels Editor/Maker to join us part-time!
About the Role:
We're a digital marketing agency working with awesome clients across hospitality, events, retail, and more.
You'll be editing raw footage into short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) that are engaging, on-trend, and aligned with brand goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Editing raw footage into 15–60 second Reels
• Adding captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and filters
• Repurposing existing content for social media
• Staying on top of trends, sounds, and formats
• Collaborating with our team to understand brand tone and goals
You’ll Need:
• Solid experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• A strong sense of timing, music, and visual storytelling
• Access to editing software and your own device
• A portfolio or examples of Reels you've edited (non-negotiable)
• Bonus: Basic graphic design skills or understanding of social media strategy
Hours & Location:
• Part-time / casual (approx. 5–10 hours per week to start)
• Flexible hours – remote-friendly (Melbourne-based is a plus!)
Pay:
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
