Flexible Part-Time Virtual Assistant / Admin Support (Amersham/Buckinghamshire)
About Us: We are a fast-growing, highly-rated local property maintenance business. We have a great flow of local customers, but we are too busy on the jobs to answer emails and messages during the day! We are looking for a highly organised Virtual Assistant to become our customer-facing "traffic controller."
The Role: This is a fully remote, flexible, self-employed role. We anticipate it taking around 1.5 to 2 hours per day (Monday - Friday). To ensure our customers get quick replies, we are looking for someone who can split this time into a quick morning check-in (around 9:00 AM) and an afternoon check-in (around 4:00 PM) - making it perfect to fit around the school run or other freelance clients!
Your Daily Tasks:
Managing Enquiries: Checking our Google Sheet CRM for new website leads.
Customer Communication: Replying to enquiries via Gmail.
Quoting & Maximising Value: Sending standard quotes through Xero. We will have the template ready for you already.
Team Liaison: Consolidating job details and photos supplied by customers and sending a quick daily summary so we can price bespoke jobs.
Invoicing: Creating and sending simple quotes and invoices via Xero.
Diary Management: Booking confirmed jobs into a shared Google Calendar, ensuring realistic travel times between local postcodes.
Who We Are Looking For:
Someone polite, professional, and friendly over email and WhatsApp.
Confident using Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
Experience with Xero is a bonus, but we can easily show you the ropes!
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
