Remote Therapist Role - LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW Licensed in Illinois
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We're seeking Illinois-based therapists (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) to provide care in a fully remote capacity. This position allows you to work with clients virtually, offering therapy sessions, conducting evaluations, and crafting treatment plans-all within a structured weekday schedule.
Duties:
• Lead teletherapy sessions with individuals or small groups
• Complete intake assessments and monitor client progress
• Create personalized treatment strategies
• Keep thorough and timely electronic documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
• Active Illinois license as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Comfortable with EHR systems and digital therapy tools
• Clear communicator with strong clinical decision-making skills
