Job Description:
• Conduct audits to acquire accounting, financial, and operational data for processing final audits
• Ensure accurate audited premiums, adhering to company, industry, and government rules and regulations
• Manage less complex accounts and situations; leadership involvement may be needed for more intricate accounts
• Assessing and reconciling discrepancies identified during audits
• Corresponding with company departments, agents, and policyholders to obtain information and address service issues
• Actively foster internal and external customer relationships based on service
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years premium audit experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of P&C business, and products offered preferred
• Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers
• Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management
• Ability to proactively manage virtual interactions, to establish communications norms, and to build social rapport with colleagues from a remote environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
