• Answer incoming phone calls for various businesses across the country.
• Communicate professionally and showcase a friendly personality during calls.
• Navigate cloud-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens.
• Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors.
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
Requirements
• Experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, front desk receptionist, or clerical position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Tech-savvy enough to troubleshoot minor computer issues.
• Reliable hardwired internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous work experience at a call center is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
