About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping others create memorable travel experiences. As a Virtual Travel Advisor, you will assist clients with selecting vacation options, coordinating travel arrangements, and navigating the planning process from start to finish.
This remote opportunity offers flexibility while allowing you to build valuable skills in client relations, travel coordination, and destination knowledge. Whether clients are planning a weekend getaway, luxury resort stay, cruise vacation, or international adventure, you'll help ensure their travel plans are organized and tailored to their needs.
No prior travel experience is necessary. Comprehensive training, certification opportunities, and ongoing support are available.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, priorities, and budget considerations
Research destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and vacation packages
Recommend travel solutions that align with individual client preferences
Assist with arranging accommodations, flights, transportation, excursions, and activities
Provide timely communication and support throughout the planning process
Coordinate reservation requests and confirmations with supplier partners
Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and booking records
Monitor travel updates, special promotions, and destination information
Deliver a high level of customer service before, during, and after the booking process
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Comfortable using computers, online systems, and digital communication tools
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
Previous industry experience is not required; training is provided
