Job Description

Requirements

Responsibilities

- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings
