Responsibilities
- Project management of large revenue system projects (YODA champion, superuser)
- Diagnose and creatively problem-solve POLAR, PROMO and YODA challenges
- Work closely with Science Revenue Support team members and provide Business support for YODA usage
- Lead Product Teams through system, tools and reporting changes and enhancements, including Groups Concessions Tool
- Lead analyses as needed to validate effectiveness of YODA, support pricing and revenue demand generating decisions.
- Collaborate with other brands for Revenue Management best practices
- Train new analysts and support recurrent training efforts.
- Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience
- Preferred Cruise Industry experience
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint usage along with MS Office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive outlook

- Self-motivated
- Comfortable presenting information to all levels of the Company

- Base Salary Range: $ 83,200.00 to $ 112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
