Role Overview
As a Website Performance Manager, you will be the Website relationship owner for our automotive dealership clients. You will drive the vision and delivery of our website products, support and respond to dealership inquiries, and be responsible for product retention and portfolio application growth.
What You Will Do
You will build and maintain relationships with clients, execute monthly reporting, assess and prioritize new feature requests, and communicate priorities and timelines to customers. You will also work with Customer Success counterparts to drive portfolio application growth and collaborate with inter-departmental divisions.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing, agency, and/or retail management experience, a solid understanding of dealership operations, and strong working knowledge of website strategy and advertising. You will be highly motivated, a self-starter, and able to work independently.
Requirements
- BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2-3 years' progressive and successful experience in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, and/or automotive retail management
- Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations
- Working knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising
- Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, Video, Mobile, etc.)
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and phone communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills and outstanding relationship management capabilities
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a team environment
- Knowledge in using Salesforce
- Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and concepts, website analytics tools, and Google Analytics

- Annual salary range of $65,000-$80,000
