Role Overview – Customer Care Advocate
The Customer Care Advocate at careerzynith serves as the trusted voice for patients and healthcare providers during the critical device‑wear phase. Working a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule (10 am‑6:30 pm CST), you will deliver an outstanding call experience, troubleshoot product and enrollment issues, and act as the liaison that ensures patient requests are resolved quickly and compliantly.
