Position Overview

This full‑time, remote position offers a flexible telecommuting environment that allows you to work from anywhere within the United States. You will join a dynamic team that handles inbound calls, outbound follow‑ups, live chats, and secure messaging. The role operates on a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule, with 8‑hour shifts that can fall between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm Central Time. While the core schedule is fixed, occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs.
