• Accurately enter and update data in various software applications and databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system.
• Perform regular data maintenance and cleanup to ensure data integrity and security.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries from the data as required by management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve data discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
