As the Director of Customer Marketing & Growth Strategy, you will be the strategic thought leader for our most critical Strategic Partnership & On‑Premise (SPOP) customers. You will design and execute marketing strategies that drive brand love, increase beverage incidence, and boost profitability for our partners. This role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, innovation, media, and digital, shaping the annual joint business planning process and delivering measurable growth.

careerzynith offers a competitive base salary ranging from $153,000 to $175,000, complemented by an annual incentive plan (target 30% of base) tied to performance. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
