Why This Role Matters
As the Director of Customer Marketing & Growth Strategy, you will be the strategic thought leader for our most critical Strategic Partnership & On‑Premise (SPOP) customers. You will design and execute marketing strategies that drive brand love, increase beverage incidence, and boost profitability for our partners. This role sits at the intersection of brand, sales, innovation, media, and digital, shaping the annual joint business planning process and delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the creation and rollout of comprehensive beverage marketing strategies that align with each customer’s long‑term objectives and leverage careerzynith’s national initiatives.
- Develop and maintain annual marketing calendars that become the backbone of customers’ planning cycles, ensuring timely execution and performance tracking.
- Identify and integrate national brand ideas, consumer insights, and internal tools to amplify customer strategies and elevate consumer preference.
- Own the stewardship of customer marketing programs, conducting quarterly reviews to assess impact, refine tactics, and celebrate wins.
Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture senior‑level marketing relationships with key SPOP customers, acting as the trusted advisor for all marketing‑related matters.
- Champion both customer and careerzynith imperatives, ensuring alignment with the Growth Promise across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, R&D, and Commercialization teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive joint business success.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and joint planning sessions that translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans.
Insights, Analytics & Storytelling
- Present compelling “What, So What, Now What” narratives that translate consumer and industry insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
- Leverage channel‑specific, shopper, and competitive insights to uncover growth opportunities and inform brand strategy.
- Conduct rigorous business and opportunity assessments, delivering data‑driven recommendations for market expansion, product innovation, and promotional effectiveness.
- Craft persuasive storytelling decks that inspire confidence and drive decision‑making among senior stakeholders.
Innovation & Digital Leadership
- Drive category innovation by identifying emerging trends, new product concepts, and digital experiences that resonate with target consumers.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Professional Experience:
- 5–10 years of business development, customer management, or marketing leadership experience within consumer‑packaged goods, agency, or food‑service environments.
