Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and consultation to infrastructure architects and engineers, ensuring the secure deployment of technology and adherence to the highest security standards.
- Security Architecture and Engineering: Drive the adoption of security architecture and engineering initiatives to support the organization's specific business technology needs securely and effectively.

Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or 6+ years of previous technical experience, specifically in security architecture.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS, Security+, etc., are mandatory.
- 6+ years of experience in IT security, with a focus on security architecture and a proven track record of designing and implementing secure enterprise architectures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both senior executives and technical teams.
- A detailed understanding of the threats faced by direct-to-consumer and digital platform organizations, as well as working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.).
- Proven hands-on experience with securing cloud infrastructure, global hybrid architectures, operating systems (Microsoft, Linux, MacOS, etc.), and application security topics such as the OWASP top 10.
- A thorough understanding of network and compute architectures, compliance and regulatory frameworks, and how they impact architecture designs and reviews.
