Your Role as a Flexologist: Delivering Exceptional Stretching Experiences
As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you'll be at the forefront of delivering our proprietary assisted stretching sessions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's needs
- Leading guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, fostering a supportive and motivating environment
- Encouraging and motivating clients throughout their stretching journey, helping them achieve their flexibility and wellness goals
- Building and maintaining a strong client base through sales, outreach, and exceptional client care
- Ensuring the highest quality stretching experience by staying up-to-date with client notes, booking recurring appointments, and enforcing safety protocols
- Participating in staff meetings and educational presentations to continually improve your skills and knowledge
- Assisting with studio tours, sales as needed, and maintaining a strong social media presence to drive client engagement and retention
- Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is available and ready for client use
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed as a Flexologist with StretchLab, you'll need:
- A passion for boutique fitness and a love for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Previous experience in a related field such as Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, or as a Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- A fitness certification (we require it!)
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a talent for creating a welcoming environment for clients from all backgrounds
- A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies
- Availability to complete our comprehensive 3-day Flexologist Training Program, including 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person training
Preferred Qualifications: What Sets You Apart

- Experience working in a fast-paced fitness environment where you provided hands-on training
- A background in sales or client retention, helping you excel in building and maintaining a strong client base
