About the Role
We are seeking experienced and passionate algebra teachers to provide virtual small group instruction to students across the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, personalized virtual instruction to 8th-12th grade students in algebra, adapting your teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of your students.
- Utilize digital platforms, such as Google Classroom and Zoom, to deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions, ensuring that technology enhances the learning experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of lead teaching experience in math and/or ELA in a U.S. K-12 public, private, or charter school, with a strong background in algebra.
- U.S. teaching credentials, although exceptions may be made for retired teachers with recently lapsed credentials and relevant classroom experience, or teachers who have taught in U.S. schools.
- Daytime availability (8am-4pm Eastern) to accommodate tutoring sessions and potential team meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues in a virtual environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience teaching K-12 ELA and/or math in the classroom, with a focus on algebra.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms, such as Google Classroom and Zoom.
