Key Responsibilities
• Engage in collaborative communication with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to report on patient progress, address concerns, and identify potential challenges in care.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, including clinical evaluations and treatment progress notes, following departmental policies and best practices.
• Work closely with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and review treatment plans tailored to the specific psychosocial needs of clients.
• Participate in or initiate community outreach efforts to enhance mental health education and awareness, thereby reducing stigma around mental health issues.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. By employing personalized therapeutic techniques, you will facilitate growth and healing for clients facing complex life issues. Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience working in an outpatient setting, providing mental health counseling or therapy services is essential.
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telehealth communication platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Experience
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices that enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.
• Background in community mental health settings, where outreach and education were integral to service delivery.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into therapeutic practices, particularly teletherapy.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
