Great Motion Healing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote role. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Regularly monitor therapy outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring optimal client progress.
• Establish and nurture relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and encouraging environment conducive to mental health growth.
• Collaborate with families to co-create treatment plans that incorporate strategies based on evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices framework.
• Provide families with educational resources and practical skills aimed at enhancing their child's development and overall mental health.
• Utilize advanced psychotherapy techniques and a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address unique client challenges effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clients include children and families from diverse backgrounds, many facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure conducting psychotherapy and implementing solution-focused approaches is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining accurate billing and documentation.
• A self-motivated attitude with the initiative to seek improvement through continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Experience
While not mandatory, prior experience working within a community health clinic or a similar health-focused environment is preferred. Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and a background in collaborative treatment planning can provide a significant advantage in this role.
