Role Description
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner. This role provides strategic support and client delivery to our Hospital/RevTech team, requiring strong relationship-building and recruiting skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
• Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants.
• Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards.
• Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates.
• Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks.
• Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws.
• Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards.
• All other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills (orally and written).

• Ability to retain information and can work independently as well as in a team-setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
• Associates level or higher education in business, sales, marketing, or another-related field.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position.
