With modern telehealth tools, such as secure video conferencing platforms and electronic health record systems, you will conduct therapy sessions from your own space. Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the needs of your clients. • Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans, integrating goals that consider their diverse backgrounds and circumstances. • Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and immediate support in alignment with ethical guidelines. • Keep precise and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to both state and federal regulations. • Work closely with other health professionals within an interdisciplinary team to enhance the total care experience for clients and efficiently coordinate services. • Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices through continuous education and participation in related workshops and seminars. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will include individuals across a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to acute crisis situations. The focus will be on delivering engaging, empathetic, and culturally sensitive care that empowers clients in their journeys towards recovery and personal growth. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their emotional resilience and overall quality of life. Qualifications • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Current licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for such licensure. • Demonstrable experience providing counseling services to a diverse population including individuals, families, and groups. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds. • A deep commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive care that affirms the identities of all clients. • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and documentation. • The capability to work independently while remaining a committed team member in a multidisciplinary environment. Preferred Experience • Experience in telehealth settings, with proficiency using virtual therapy platforms and electronic health records. • Background in working with diverse populations, particularly those from underserved communities. • Previous experience in crisis management and intervention. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
