As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with customers, internal teams, and technical platforms to resolve issues, improve satisfaction, and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently resolve a high volume of inbound tickets across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, providing clear and actionable solutions to customers, and escalate complex problems to the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Conduct proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues, improve overall satisfaction, and enhance the customer experience.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing necessary information to support Truework platform users.
- Continuously improve the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and implementing changes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A high level of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- The ability to adapt quickly to change, driven by a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.
- A strong commitment to security and data protection, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

What We Offer
As a part-time Customer Support Specialist at Truework, you can expect:

- A flexible, remote work arrangement, with a schedule of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window.
