- Continuously update product knowledge, staying ahead of trends in beauty, cosmetics, and fashion.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling while respecting the premium nature of the brand experience.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion—experience with high‑end products is a strong advantage.
- Fluent German (native or C2 level) and excellent command of English (C2 level).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong IT proficiency, including comfort with multi‑channel communication tools and CRM platforms.
- Track record of punctuality, reliability, and flexibility in a fast‑paced service setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Preferred Education & Additional Skills
- Relevant qualifications from careerzynith (formerly known as Fashion Retail Academy) or comparable institutions.
- Studies in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related communication fields.
- Professional training as a makeup artist, or certifications in dermatology or skincare.
- Experience with social media community management and brand storytelling.

Technical Requirements – Your Home Office Setup
careerzynith supports a remote‑first work model, but we require a reliable, secure, and performant workstation to protect client data and ensure seamless service delivery.
Computer Specifications
- Operating System: Windows 11 (compatible) or macOS 12 (Monterey) or later.
- Processor: 8th‑generation Intel i‑Series (or newer) or 3rd‑generation AMD Ryzen (or newer).
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Storage: At least 15 GB of free disk space.
- Network: Minimum download speed 20 Mbps, upload speed 5 Mbps, and ping ≤ 20 ms.
- Chromebooks and Windows devices operating in “S Mode” are not supported.
Mobile Device Requirements
- Apple iPhone or Android smartphone with iOS 15.0+ or Android 12+.
- Device will be used for multi‑factor authentication to secure your careerzynith account.
Security & Antivirus
