The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for active annuity products, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct contact with customers and/or agents to resolve open issues
- Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems and preparing or keying checks and wires
- Maintaining team and special partner Service Level Agreements
- Working with team to help strengthen others and collaborate across organization to understand how we impact each other and be flexible to help other teams to meet business needs
- Proactively finding ways to gain efficiencies and reduce errors on a personal/team level to better our customer experience
- Occasional escalation and correction handling as needed which may result in direct contact with customers and/or agents to resolve open issues

- Comfortable in environments dedicated to accuracy, consistency, and accountability to achieve success
- An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-4 years of cumulative, relevant experience
- College degree a plus
