They are seeking a Data Analytics Lead to provide analytical leadership and performance measurement support, specifically in military health program analytics or behavioral health.
Responsibilities
- Provides analytical leadership and performance measurement support for the program. The SME Ensures contract compliance through data-informed reporting and tend analysis related to service member engagement, coaching outcomes, and referral follow-through
- Monitor and report on required performance metrics including
- Develop and maintain dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze trends in outreach, coaching, and referral follow-through to inform continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical, call center, and outreach teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting
- Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports to DHA
- Respond to ad hoc government data requests and contribute to briefings with COR and leaderships
- Recommend data collection improvements and quality initiatives
Skills
- Must have a master's degree in analytics, statistics, health informatics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health data roles
- Experience supporting federal contracts or military health programs
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics platforms
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting data to non-technical audiences
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
