Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for a Bilingual Traveling Recruiter position. This role involves extensive travel and working with a nationwide team to recruit and onboard new employees.
Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges/etc
- Screen candidates, resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools
- Onboard and train new employees
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
Skills
- Ability to be away from home for consecutive months
- Ability to fluently speak English and Spanish
- Ability to work non-standard shifts, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
- Ability to provide proof of a valid driver's license and state-mandated car insurance
