APR Consulting, Inc. is engaged to identify a Business Analyst to support Sutter Health Plan and Valley Administration business analysis needs for Managed Care Administration. This role involves gathering, evaluating, and documenting business and functional requirements across the service delivery lifecycle from idea through implementation and support.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specifications
- Experience with workflow analysis, data flow modeling, functional decomposition, and use cases
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and system/process solutions
- Experience partnering with business relationship owners, IS delivery teams, SMEs, and customers
- Proficiency in presentation, word processing, spreadsheet applications, and standard analysis tools
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction and collaborate across departments
- Strong verbal, written communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Continual Service Improvement (CSI) or continuous service improvement efforts
- Conceptual knowledge of Lean methodologies and process improvement practices
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, workflow tools, Business Relationship Management, or project methodology
- Experience supporting business cases, statements of work, KPIs, benefits, and lifecycle documentation
- Ability to facilitate group sessions and build consensus with stakeholders
- Experience working in Information Services, managed care, health plan, or enrollment environments
