Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with individuals who have requested insurance information
- Learn our products, carrier partnerships, and client process
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on each client's needs
- Build long-term client relationships through education and service
- Maintain organized client records within our CRM
- Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing professional development
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable meeting with clients virtually
- Self-motivated and organized
- Active Life & Health license or willingness to obtain one
- Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
