Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to senior managers and high-level professionals within the area of responsibility
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies that align with overall business goals
- Oversee the performance of significant areas of the business, ensuring achievement of revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders
- Drive strategic initiatives and support end-to-end deal execution, including market analysis, valuation, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination
- Guide senior managers in implementing best practices and driving team excellence
- Engage in high-level strategy meetings to set and align on organizational targets and goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments
- Ensure streamlined operations across the business area, driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the company at the highest levels in industry forums, conferences, and events
- Use comprehensive sales data and business intelligence to shape strategic decisions and initiatives
