Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives. They are seeking a Director of Sales for the casino vertical, responsible for managing the full sales cycle and developing strategic account plans to establish long-term relationships with global casino groups.
Responsibilities
- You'll own the full sales cycle for casino and integrated resort opportunities — from initial engagement through contract signature — managing every stage as an individual contributor with clear accountability to new logo ARR in the casino vertical
- You'll develop and execute strategic account plans for target global casino groups and flagship properties, building the executive relationships and deal discipline needed to win in long, complex buying cycles
- You'll navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees across gaming leadership, hotel operations, finance, IT, and compliance — positioning Duetto as a strategic long-term partner, not just a vendor
- You'll establish and maintain a high-quality enterprise pipeline aligned to global casino ARR targets, with the forecast accuracy and deal discipline to give leadership consistent visibility into the vertical
- You'll act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level casino executives, leveraging deep knowledge of casino revenue drivers and regulatory considerations to differentiate Duetto against traditional competitors
- You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product to refine vertical-specific messaging and playbooks, and feed structured casino market requirements back into the product roadmap
Skills
- Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in complex B2B environments, with a track record of closing large ACV deals across long sales cycles
- Comfort engaging with senior executives and leading strategic commercial conversations at C-suite and VP level
- A highly structured, self-driven approach to pipeline management, account planning, and deal discipline
- Prior experience selling into casinos, gaming hospitality, or integrated resorts — this is a strong preference, not just a nice-to-have
- Experience selling revenue management, analytics, or performance optimisation solutions
- Familiarity with global casino operators and gaming markets across multiple regions
- Experience working within matrixed global sales organisations
