Latitude Legal is seeking an attorney with healthcare regulatory experience for a remote contract engagement with one of its AmLaw 100 global law firm clients. The role involves providing legal expertise in healthcare frameworks and navigating sub-regulatory guidance.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
- Experience with Medicaid, facility licensing and change of ownership, provider licensure and scope of practice, and the corporate practice of medicine
- Excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as experience navigating sub-regulatory guidance such as board opinions, FAQs, and other interpretive documents
- Prior experience working in a full-service law firm or sophisticated boutique firm is preferred
- Outstanding references
