They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to help grow and expand their ambulatory healthcare client base by driving meaningful, solution-oriented account growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing ambulatory healthcare client accounts with a primary focus on revenue expansion
- Develop and execute cross‑sell and upsell strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
- Identify expansion opportunities using account segmentation, service utilization, client maturity, and industry trends
- Drive growth across DAS Health offerings, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and healthcare technology
- Build and execute account‑specific growth plans, expansion playbooks, and strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver scalable growth motions
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technology solutions to business, operational, and compliance needs
- Track and report key performance indicators such as expansion ARR, retention, attach rates, and product penetration
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth performance and expansion trends
- Support long‑term client success by aligning expansion efforts to measurable outcomes and value realization
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or revenue‑focused growth roles
- Proven success driving revenue growth within existing client accounts
- Strong background in cross‑selling and upselling services or solutions in a B2B, MSP, or healthcare technology environment
- Comfortable owning and forecasting expansion revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to translate data and client insights into actionable growth strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing complex client environments
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data standards
- Experience working with ambulatory healthcare, physician practices, outpatient clinics, or other healthcare organizations strongly preferred
