Responsibilities
- Define and execute AAVIL INC’s go-to-market strategy across AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, SaaS, and enterprise software solutions
- Build revenue systems that are clear, measurable, and scalable
- Create strong sales, marketing, partnerships, customer acquisition, and revenue operations motions
- Work directly with founders and technical leaders to turn product innovation into customer adoption
- Identify enterprise customers, strategic partners, investors, ecosystem leaders, and growth opportunities across the USA
- Help build the playbook for founder-led sales, enterprise growth, partner-led growth, and global expansion
- Build, execute, learn, and move fast
Skills
- 0 to 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue, go-to-market, sales, partnerships, business development, or market expansion
- Experience scaling technology companies, SaaS businesses, AI companies, enterprise software firms, or high-growth startups
- Understanding of how to sell technical products, build trusted customer relationships, and convert market demand into revenue
- Comfortable working closely with CEOs, CTOs, founders, product teams, and engineering teams
- Ability to build from 0 to 1 and scale from 1 to 100
- Strategic enough to design the system and hands-on enough to close the deal
- Experience in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, SaaS, Cloud, Product Engineering, or Enterprise Technology
- Strong network across USA and India markets
- Experience working with enterprise clients, startups, platform partners, investors, or technology ecosystems
- Previous founder, advisor, board member, or revenue leadership experience
- Experience with partner ecosystems such as Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, OpenAI, or similar platforms
