Akraya, Inc. is an award-winning IT staffing firm, and they are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate the OATI Simplification Project. The role involves providing day-to-day project leadership, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones, and managing project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and day-to-day coordination activities
- Facilitate team meetings, design sessions, and stakeholder communications
- Manage project schedules, risk registers, budgets, and project documentation
- Maintain SDLC documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate requirements, testing, issue resolution, and production support activities
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Project Management and SDLC methodologies
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP Certification
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Utility or Grid Operations Technology experience
- Experience supporting integration projects involving APIs, SFTP, AWS/OATI, PI/OSIsoft, or EMS systems
