Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily
- Enjoys mentoring, leadership or helping others succeed
- Is organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Wants greater flexibility and ownership over their career
- Is interested in developing a long-term business rather than simply changing employers
- Can commit approximately 10–15 hours per week on a flexible schedule
