Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features in our case management platform
- Fix bugs and keep the system reliable
- Work on AI-powered tools that help draft documents and surface case information
- Work directly with our attorneys to understand what they need
Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound judgment
- Experience with modern web development (Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL) or the ability to learn it quickly
- Someone who can reason about a system, not just work around problems
- Care and discretion with confidential client information
