The role involves managing the full life-cycle of recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions, focusing on client and candidate success.
Responsibilities
- Executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients
- Focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones
- Interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
- Team-player with a collaborative mindset
- Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology
- Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed
- Driven and thrive in a fast paced environment
