Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wellblūm is a boutique affiliate and performance marketing agency partnering with DTC health, wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands. They are seeking an Operations Lead to manage internal systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure to help the agency scale efficiently while ensuring client delivery remains uninterrupted.
Responsibilities
- Build and run weekly/monthly rhythms. Team stand ups, client health checks, pipeline reviews, and reporting cycles so nothing depends on the founder remembering to ask
- Turn tribal knowledge (onboarding, affiliate program setup, client reporting, contract to launch handoffs) into SOPs the team can actually follow
- Work directly with the Affiliate Directors, Affiliate Managers, Account Coordinators, and finance to keep workflows, handoffs, and deliverables on schedule
- Deep knowledge of project management, reporting, and communication tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, ClickUp, Zapier, Slack)
- Standardize onboarding, QBR/reporting templates, and account health tracking across affiliate networks and other platforms the agency manages
- Partner with the finance function on invoicing cadence, margin tracking by client, and contract renewal timelines
- Take recurring operational decisions off the CEO's plate so sales, partnerships, and new business stay the CEO's focus
Skills
- 3+ years in agency operations, ideally at a marketing, advertising, or affiliate/performance marketing agency (boutique or mid-size preferred over holding company scale)
- Direct, hands on familiarity with affiliate or performance marketing workflows like program setup, platform reporting, client account management, or similar. Candidates must know the difference between Impact and Superfiliate without a primer
- Proven track record building or running SOPs, reporting cadences, or project management systems inside a services business
- Experience working directly with agency founders or small leadership teams and comfortable operating with autonomy and turning ambiguity into structure
- Experience at a boutique agency during a high growth phase. This person has seen what breaks at this stage before
- Familiarity with affiliate networks/platforms specifically: Impact, Awin, Rakuten, Levanta, LTK, ShopMy, Superfiliate, or TikTok Shop
- Experience setting up client facing reporting or QBR structures
- Basic fluency with contracts, SOWs, or insurance/compliance touchpoints in an agency context
